The race will start at 09:00 on Saturday, April 24. Start and finish points are in Atat\u00fcrk Statue.<\/p>\n<p>The race has a climb from sea level to 400m elevation therefore the altitude will not affect the runners\u2019 performances.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HEALTH CERTIFICATE:<\/strong> For 30K track of ANADOLU S\u0130GORTA Marmaris Ultra Trail race, a health certificate (valid until April 24, 2027) must be obtained.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MANDATORY EQUIPMENT AND PREPERATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>EQUIPMENT TEST AND PREPERATION:<\/strong>\u00a0Selecting the appropriate equipment is a very important factor in the success of your race. Ultra durability requires extensive preparation to the race, including the choice of equipment you will take. During the race period probability of rainfall is high in the Marmaris region, therefore the temperature might fall to 05-07 \u00b0C. Your equipment must be suitable to withstand any condition and allow you to spend long hours on the racing course. In case of any incident, your equipment must ensure that you wait for help under safe conditions. All runners must have the equipment required by the organization to avoid the risk of penalties. It is very important to prepare your equipment according to the actual conditions and test it in your trainings before the race. Please do not be minimalist while considering weight as a concern. You can increase your chance of success and your performance through logical selection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EQUIPMENT:\u00a0<\/strong>To ensure that safety and races are carried out well, each participant must have all of the following mandatory equipment. Weather conditions and long hours of races are the main factors that make equipment mandatory. Depending on the weather conditions, the organization may make changes on the mandatory equipment and notify the competitors. Each participant agrees to present the mandatory equipment determined by the organizers at the registration desk and to keep all with them during the event.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>MANDATORY EQUIPMENT<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Pack suitable for racing conditions,<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Visibly placed front race number during the whole race,<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">3. Timing chip (given by the organization),<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">4. Mobile phone (smartphone strongly recommended \/ the runner must be reachable at any time before, during and after the race \/ load into its memory the organization&#8217;s security numbers \/ an external battery is highly recommended),<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">5. Personal beaker 15 cl minimum,<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">6. Supply of water of 1 liter minimum (Plastic bottles will not be accepted.),<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">7. Survival blanket of 1.40m x 2m minimum,<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">8. Whistle,<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">9. Self adhesive elasticated bandage which can serve as a bandage or strapping (minimum 100 cm x 6 cm),<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">10. Jacket with hood which will withstand bad weather in the mountains and made with a waterproof* and breathable** membrane (Minimum recommended 10 000 Schmerber, Goretex),<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">11. Cap, hat or bandana,<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">12. ID \u2013 passport\/ID card.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">*\u00a0 Those will be checked before distributing the race bib and at any point during the race and spot checks will be performed during the race. Suitable trail-running shoes.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b>CHECKPOINTS AND TIME LIMITS<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>There are 2 checkpoints along the MET30K.<\/p>\n<p>Passages from these points will be timed and various refreshments will be available. Each checkpoint has a time limit listed below.
