Autoclose: 1 -->\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-10  el_after_av_one_third  avia-builder-el-last  column-top-margin\" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p><strong>ANADOLU S\u0130GORTA Marmaris Advanced Trail &#8211; MAT70K<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ANADOLU S\u0130GORTA Marmaris Advanced Trail, which has a length of 71,8 km and an elevation of 2.641 m, consists of 60% path, 35% single track, and 5% asphalt road.<\/p>\n<p>This 71,8 km trail, which is in the Marmaris National Parc is a course with high technical characteristics and a challenge to test the performance of the runners.<\/p>\n<p>This section is highly technical and features a single-track character.<\/p>\n<p>It includes narrow paths, rocky and stony terrain, root and water crossings, and sudden ascents and descents.<\/p>\n<p>It is strongly advised that athletes maintain a high level of attention, a controlled pace, and avoid taking risks.<\/p>\n<p>The race will start at 07:00 on Saturday, April 24. Start point is in \u0130\u00e7meler, finish point is in Atat\u00fcrk Statue and the maximum finishing time is 19 hours.\u00a0 Drop bag point is G\u00f6lenye ; mid point time limit is 15  hours.<\/p>\n<p>The race has a climb from sea level to 800m elevation therefore the altitude will not affect the runners\u2019 performances.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HEALTH CERTIFICATE:<\/strong> For 70K track of ANADOLU S\u0130GORTA Marmaris Ultra Trail race, a health certificate (valid until April 24, 2027) must be obtained.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MANDATORY EQUIPMENT AND PREPERATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>EQUIPMENT TEST AND PREPERATION:<\/strong>\u00a0Selecting the appropriate equipment is a very important factor in the success of your race. Ultra durability requires extensive preparation to the race, including the choice of equipment you will take. During the race period probability of rainfall is high in the Marmaris region, therefore the temperature might fall to 05-07 \u00b0C. Your equipment must be suitable to withstand any condition and allow you to spend long hours on the racing course. In case of any incident, your equipment must ensure that you wait for help under safe conditions. All runners must have the equipment required by the organization to avoid the risk of penalties. It is very important to prepare your equipment according to the actual conditions and test it in your trainings before the race. Please do not be minimalist while considering weight as a concern. You can increase your chance of success and your performance through logical selection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EQUIPMENT:\u00a0<\/strong>To ensure that safety and races are carried out well, each participant must have all of the following mandatory equipment. Weather conditions and long hours of races are the main factors that make equipment mandatory. Depending on the weather conditions, the organization may make changes on the mandatory equipment and notify the competitors. Each participant agrees to present the mandatory equipment determined by the organizers at the registration desk and to keep all with them during the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MANDATORY EQUIPMENT<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. Pack suitable for racing conditions,<br \/>\n2. Visibly placed front race number during the whole race,<br \/>\n3. Timing chip (given by the organization),<br \/>\n4. Mobile phone (smartphone strongly recommended \/ the runner must be reachable at any time before, during and after the race \/Store in its memory the organizations emergency numbers),<br \/>\n5. Powerbank (Minimum 6.000 mah),<br \/>\n6. Personal beaker 15 cl minimum,<br \/>\n7. Supply of water of 1 liter minimum (Plastic bottles will not be accepted.),<br \/>\n8. Headlamp in good working order with spare cells (200 lumens or more recommended),<br \/>\n9. Survival blanket of 1.40m x 2m minimum,<br \/>\n10. Whistle,<br \/>\n11. Self adhesive elastic bandage which can serve as a bandage or strapping (minimum 100 cm x 6 cm),<br \/>\n12. Food reserve (3-4 energy gels or similar sports foods are recommended for performance and urgent requirements.),<br \/>\n13. Jacket with hood which will withstand bad weather in the mountains and made with a waterproof* and breathable** membrane (Minimum recommended 10.000 Schmerber, Goretex),<br \/>\n14. Cap, hat or bandana,<br \/>\n15. Long-sleeved top layer (Minimum 180 g and\u00a0Cotton not recommended.),<br \/>\n16. ID \u2013 passport\/ID card.<\/p>\n<p>*\u00a0 Those will be checked before distributing the race bib and at any point during the race and spot checks will be performed during the race. Participants without any of the mandatory items shall be disqualified and will not be allowed to continue the race.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. Sunglasses,<br \/>\n2. Sun cream,<br \/>\n3.Running poles,<br \/>\n4. Vaseline or similar creams,<br \/>\n5. A sum of money,<br \/>\n6. GPS watch,<br \/>\n7. Knife or scissors for cutting\u00a0elastic bandage ,<br \/>\n8. Suitable trail-running shoes,<br \/>\n9. Gloves.<\/p>\n<p><b>CHECKPOINTS AND TIME LIMITS<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>There are 6 checkpoints along the MAT70K.<\/p>\n<p>Passages from these points will be timed and various refreshments will be available. Each checkpoint has a time limit listed below.
